Refund policy information for Porter monthly and annual subscriptions.

How are Porter refunds handled?

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable and can be cancelled anytime with access retained through period end. Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee; after 30 days, refunds are not prorated as policy.

How are plan changes handled?

Upgrades are immediate where supported. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

What happens after failed payments?

Porter keeps access available during the payment grace period, then moves overdue accounts to read-only access rather than locking career records. Export and deletion remain available.
